What is your leadership style?
Our interactions in business now are very visual. With the advent of videos, photos and short reels on LinkedIn and Instagram and all our social media profiles. The way you look conveys an instant impression.
In my video I share three ideas to help you convey the look of a leader.
Ditch the bland and boring. Are you caught up in the image of blue and white shirts or blouses and navy and black suits?
Be appropriate. What is appropriate for a financial services CEO presenting at a city conference would be different to a leader in a rural community addressing a group of farmers.
Be aware of your environment. Working and living in a sub-tropical climate often sees me wearing “cool” clothing, a summery dress or casual pants. Where do you work?
